Google’s Another Step Forward-Domain Registration Service
The newly launched service called Google’s Domain Registration Service has started functioning throughout USA. At present this will only be in the process of inviting. That means if you are pretending for a domain name, you will be prompted to visit the same. According to a source, within six months Google domain will implement itself as a domain registrar to all the parties of USA.
In its announcement Google has clearly stated that ‘’ Google Domains is not fully featured yet, but we are giving a small group of people the ability to buy and transfer domains through it and send feedback on their experience and It will be working to provide you with as many options as possible so you can find the most relevant and meaningful names as you get started online.’’
This new service of Google has some exciting and profitable measures for the interested parties’ like-
i. No extra cost for private registrations.
ii. Email aliases.
iii. Customizable sub-domain.
iv. Domain management tools (i.e., CNAME records, etc.).
v. New domain registration.
vi. Transfers of existing names into Google’s service.
vii. Private domain registration (for free).
viii. Website/URL forwarding.
ix. Incorporation of website builder services.
x. $12 domain registrations.
Along all these basic services Google is targeting the small business owners and it may reduce their efforts practically as well as economically to gain their domain name. In future Google is eager to launch the service throughout the world beyond USA. Like .com, .in, .org Google’s gTLDs has not been ventilated yet, but with more rolling out it may be noticeable.
